BTW

I found out this weekend that I will not have to worry about any fraud charges. I got a letter stating that they just wanted me to pay the money back. - which is what I was figuring I'd have to do from the onset. So, no harm no foul. And my back is feeling much better. I fell asleep last night without having to take drugs. MAN, did I sleep well. Unfortunately, there is a crapload of stuff that I have to do around this house, it's a goddamned pit.

One would FIGURE it would cost more than it was worth to get back my one weeks worth of overpayment. The fine is $500 and jailtime, if I remember correctly. The amount I was overpaid was a pittance in comparison to that.

They actually seem pretty cool with making payment arrangments. So I might have to go that route until I either find employment, or win the lottery - I think the odds on the latter are more reasonable at this point ROFL.
